Atheist society of knoxville breaks bread at rationalist table

“Community is important to each and every one of us. Community is just as important to nonbelievers as it is to the faith community. It’s wonderful to see the efforts of this local group and demonstrates the importance of making a community if you lack one. Many people feel like if they admit to not believing they lose all of the benefits of a “church family,” that doesn’t have to be the case.

If you are looking for a community, join ours. We host regular, weekly virtual events, discussions, and socials. Remember, we can be good without God, but that doesn’t mean going it alone, we can also do it together.”

– Matthew Hebb, AFL Senior Operations Director
