Oklahoma officials disapprove application of religious charter school that would’ve been nation’s 1st

“I am very pleased to see this school board unanimously vote to deny the Catholic Church’s application to create a taxpayer funded religious charger school. Not only does this decision show the board members’ dedication to their job and their craft, but also proves that the appointment of public officials who prioritize their job over their religion can be bi-partisan.

Myself and the rest of our Policy Team is eagerly awaiting the continuation of a longer debate which hopefully will result in our strict wall of separation between church & state being protected for all students.”
